*Children must bring their own snack, drink, and water bottle.  Please also pack a bathing suit and towel for our exciting water activities!  And don't forget the sunscreen!*

TUMBLING CAMP  
AGES 8+
Monday-Thursday 1pm-3pm

Tumbling camp is geared toward gymnasts who would like to focus on improving their floor skills and strength during their summer.  We spend time working on floor and Tumble Trak, as well as, strength and flexibility training.

*Tumbling camp gymnasts should bring a water bottle.

GYMNASTICS SUMMER CAMP
  AGES 7+
1/2 day Monday - Thursday 9am-12pm
full day Monday-Thursday 9am-3pm

Gymnastics camp is geared toward older gymnasts who would like to commit more time toward improving their skills and strength during their summer. We spend time on all four events and Tumble Trak, as well as, strength and flexibility training.

*Half day gymnasts should bring a water bottle and snack. Full day gymnasts should bring a water bottle, snack, lunch, and an extra drink!
